                       The word Dakota (Dakot) is derived from DAKPUTRA which means the children
           of DAK Rishi process of derivation is DAKPUTRA, DAKPUTTA,DAKAUTA,=Puta
          is the derivate from the PUTRA in RAjasthan which means "issues" . The Dakot are
          nowhere found out of the Rajasthan and are the original inhabitants of this land . This goes to
         corborate the popular belief that DAKA (Dak Rishi) lived in Rajasthan.
             Note. .... There is some other variations also found in some books,....... I think that this
                            is the function,variation of DAKOT caste..........
